This page is intended as a “guide”. Please read our Terms & Conditions for explicit terms on our services.
Poster Ownership
All posters we print and paste remain your property. We handle production and installation — but once they hit the wall, they’re part of the streetscape. We don’t reclaim, remove, or maintain them post-install.
Installation Liability
We install wheatpaste campaigns in high-visibility areas based on experience, foot traffic, and surface suitability. However, once installed, we are not liable for posters being removed, vandalized, torn down, or covered up. That’s part of the game.
Permitting & Public Property
Most wheatpasting campaigns happen in areas where poster activity is tolerated or unofficially permitted. However, clients are responsible for understanding any legal restrictions in the target market. If you require fully permitted, sanctioned installs (e.g. on private barricades or real estate walls), we can arrange that — just let us know.
Claims & Legal Disputes
If a poster results in a legal claim — from content, copyright, or location — we’re not on the hook. Your campaign, your messaging, your responsibility. If things go to court, you cover your own costs.
Photography Usage Rights
We document your campaign for reporting and portfolio purposes. Unless otherwise agreed, we retain rights to use campaign photography for our own marketing — online and offline.
Confidentiality & NDA
We don’t talk — and neither should you. All campaign discussions, materials, and reports are confidential by default. If you want a formal NDA in place, we’re happy to sign one.
Need a fully permitted campaign?
We do that too. Contact us to request a permitted wheatpasting install or learn more about working on private property with landlord approval.
